AFC Bournemouth Matchworn Prize Draws, supporting the Cherries Community Fund

Eligibility:
Matchworn prize draws are open to any person over the age of 18. Employees of AFC Bournemouth (or any affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies) are not eligible to enter, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
How To Enter:
There will be one way to enter the prize draw, as follows:
Paid method of entry:
To enter by this method, visit the page on which the prize draw is being offered, and select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
The cost of each ticket will be displayed on the page, and there is no limit to the amount of tickets you can purchase.
Entry Limitations And Restrictions:
Only accurate and complete entries submitted and received during the Entry Period are eligible.
Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
AFC Bournemouth is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries.
AFC Bournemouth reserves the right to disqualify anyone who it believes violated these Terms and Conditions.
Required Information: Participants must create an account with Matchworn, and provide all required information specified on the Prize Draw’s page or entry form to be eligible to enter and win.
Valid Email Address: Participants must not use multiple email addresses or identities to enter our Prize Draws, and doing so may void all entries for that Participant and result in disqualification of the Participant at Promoter’s discretion.

Participants must provide a valid email address for which the Participant is the authorised owner.
Contact Details: By entering any Prize Draw, you agree that AFC Bournemouth may contact you via email and/or phone, in connection with the Prize Draw in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
Prize Draw Period:
The eligibility Period for each prize draw will be clearly displayed on the entry page. Entries cannot be made after the prize draw period has expired.
Selection Of Prize Draw Winners:
All valid entries will be submitted as per the rules in the “How To Enter” section.
The winner of the prize will be selected randomly by AFC Bournemouth within 7 days of the expiration date of the draw.
The winner of the prize will be notified (which may also include a public announcement on the Club’s website, social media channels or other relevant channel) during this period.
Winners may be asked to participate in further publicity or advertising. Unless otherwise agreed, prizes will be delivered to each winner via post or via collection from Vitality Stadium.
Accepting the prize constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Notwithstanding this, if a winner does not confirm agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions, AFC Bournemouth reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner on the same basis as described above.
Other:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, AFC Bournemouth’s decision shall be final.
AFC Bournemouth reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this Prize Draw at any time but only before the delivery of any prize, without notice.
AFC Bournemouth accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or liabilities, loss of earnings, injury, missed opportunity or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw.
